This 31-year-old man is 5’9″ and 158 pounds. He deals with extreme embarrassment due to his gynecomastia, but does take off his shirt in public on occasion. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy, from which I extracted 200cc of fat from each side. His goal was “to flatten my nipples.”
