This is a 23-year-old male from Oakland, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia at the San Francisco office location. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy in Novato, California, at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center. He had 35 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 42 grams of tissue removed from his left side. His goal was to achieve “confidence”. His photographs are seen five months after surgery.
