This 38-year-old man developed gynecomastia during adolescence. He now has three kids and has never been able to go swimming with his children, too embarrassed to go shirtless in public. He underwent glandular excision and ultrasonic liposuction, from which I extracted a total of 600cc of fat. His goal was “to enjoy swimming with my kids.”
