This 46-year-old man developed gynecomastia during adolescence. He underwent ultrasonic liposuction of the chest and axillae, from which I extracted a total of 650cc of fat from the right side of his chest and 700cc from the left. I also excised a total of 115 grams from the right and 135 grams from the left.
