Santa Clara, California: This is a 24-year-old male who presents with steroid induced gynecomastia in which he developed in his 20s after taking several cycles of steroids. His goal at this time is to improve the contour his chest so that he can be comfortable taking off his shirt. He is 6’4″ and weighs 210 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision of 26 grams on the right side and 34 on the left side as well as 200 cc of fat taken out from both the right and left side of his chest.
