This 19-year-old young man stands at 5’11”, 230lbs, with normal endocrine levels. He never takes off his shirt in front of others, and wears an elastic strap around his chest to reduce the visibility of his gynecomastia. Note the discoloration around the central chest area. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, resulting in a total fat extraction of 600cc from the left side and 625cc from the right. Total glandular tissue removed was 100 grams from the left side of the chest and 90 grams from the right.
