Patient 189

This is a 39-year-old male from Applegate, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and for male breast reduction surgery. He had 41 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 39 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. In addition, he had approximately 500 cc of fat and aspirate liposuction from each side. His photographs are seen at about three months after surgery. His overall goal was to “get rid of the fatty tissue” that he can’t reduce by exercise.
