This 49-year-old man is 6’2″ and 180lbs. He had gynecomastia surgery twice with other physicians. He sought out my help, wanting to undergo a third procedure as he was still unhappy with his result and was still uncomfortable taking off his shirt in public. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest. His desired goal was to “improve my appearance.”
