Patient 249

Elk Grove, California – This is a 36 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents to the Novato, California office for evaluation. He had an approximately 40 pound weight loss and his goal is to have smaller nipples and reduced fat in his chest. He is 5 feet 6 inches, 166 pounds. He had approximately 29 grams of breast tissue removed from his right chest and 42 grams of breast tissue removed from his left chest. He also had approximately 400 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from both his right and left chest. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had an uneventful post op course. His photographs were taken approximately two months after surgery.
