enlarged chest since grade 6. He has never been on any steroids, and his hormone levels have been normal. He underwent gland excision and liposuction at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He had 55 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 63 grams removed from his left chest. His postoperative photographs are seen six weeks after surgery. His goal was to have a flatter more defined chest with less puffiness and a smaller nipple.
