This is a 40-year-old male from Oakland, California, who presents for gynecomastia evaluation of the chest and liposuction of his abdomen and flanks. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy, as well as liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. He had 69 grams of tissue removed from his right chest and 89 grams of tissue removed from his left chest. His overall goal was to be comfortable in taking off his shirt in public. His photographs are seen approximately seven months after surgery.
