This is a 29-year- old male from Folsom, California, who presents with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for surgical correction. His overall goal is to feel comfortable in his clothes and to take off his shirt in public. He underwent male breast reduction surgery at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County. He had 76 grams removed from his right chest and 62 grams removed from his left chest. His photographs are seen approximately four months after surgery.
