Rohnert Park, California: This is a 27-year-old man who presents with adolescent gynecomastia. He developed his enlarged chest about the age of 15 years old. His gynecomastia has caused significant issues with exposing his chest in public and would like to be able to wear a T-shirt and look and feel better about himself. He also had a 30 lb weight loss. He is 5’11” and weighs 205 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia breast gland excision and liposuction. He had 37 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 58 grams of breast tissue removed from his left. He had 850 cc of fat removed from his right armpit area and 650 from his left armpit area and then from his chest we removed 650 cc of fat from each chest. The patient is seen 3 months after surgery.
