This 17-year-old young man is 6’1″ and 200lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia, which has caused him significant psychological issues from being embarrassed at school and uncomfortable dealing with athletic activities. He tapes his nipples down to hide the chest protrusion. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of the chest, from which I removed a total of 300cc of fat from each side. Postoperatively, he required a small scar revision on his left side.
