Patient 202

This is a 24-year-old male from Rohnert Park, California, who underwent gland excision and liposuction of his chest in 2009 and presented to our office with asymmetry and a clear deformity. He presents for revision gynecomastia surgery. He underwent liposuction of the axilla with 750 cc of fat and aspirate from his right side and 750 cc of fat and aspirate from his left side. He underwent a series of fat ________ for the deformity in addition to additional contouring of his chest to obtain a more aesthetic chest. His goal overall was to have a normal looking chest. His photographs are seen approximately two months after surgery.
