Patient 353

This 50-year-old man is 5’7″ and 107lbs. He states that he has had gynecomastia for approximately ten to twenty years. He underwent glandular excision and ultrasonic liposuction of the chest, from which I removed a total of 400cc of fat from the right side and 200cc from the left. His goal was to “flatten my pectoralis and reduce the fat deposits on my chest.”
