Patient 196

This is a 21-year-old male from Brentwood, California, who presents for male breast reduction for gynecomastia. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy of his chest and had 44 grams of tissue removed from his right side and 120 grams removed from his left side. He had adolescent gynecomastia, and he also has had some pro-hormones in the past. His overall goal is to be able to wear a light t-shirt. His photographs are taken approximately three months after surgery.
