Richmond, California: This is a 25 year-old male who presents to the San Francisco office with adolescent gynecomastia and presents for gynecomastia breast gland removal and liposuction. His overall goal is to have a flatter chest with more aesthetic appearance. His is 5’10” and 165 pounds. He underwent breast gland excision of 37 grams of tissue on the right and 44 grams on the left side. We also extracted 150 cc of fat from the right side and 125 from the left side.
