This is a 30-year-old resident of Petaluma, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County, California for evaluation for gynecomastia. He is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 153 pounds. He complains of irritation during athletic activities, especially running. Therefore, he presents for reduction of the glandular tissue underneath the nipple region. He underwent gland excision and suction-assisted lipectomy at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. He had 8 grams removed from his right side and 5 grams removed from his left. These photographs are seen approximately three months after surgery with a nicely-healed scar at this time.
