HISTORY: This is a 32-year-old resident of Tracy, California who presents to the San Francisco, California office for evaluation for gynecomastia. He has adolescent gynecomastia that developed from approximately 12 to 13 years old. He does not take off his shirt and found information on gynecomastia on a TV show. This sparked his interest to pursue a surgical solution. His goal is to have a more natural looking chest. He underwent breast gland excision and chest liposuction with 150 cc of fat extracted from each chest. This was followed by excision of 18 grams of breast tissue from his right chest and 21 grams of tissue from his left breast. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs were taken 3 months after surgery.
