Crowley, Texas – This is a 29 year old male, 5 feet 8 inches, 180 pounds from Crowley, Texas who presents to the San Francisco, California office for evaluation and treatment of his steroid induced gynecomastia. His examination shows that gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy of his chest as well as liposuction of his axilla will give him the best outcome. He underwent this gynecomastia surgery at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, California. He underwent 176 grams excision from his right chest and 99 grams excision from his left chest. He had an uneventful post operative course and his photographs are seen about four months after surgery. His case was steroid induced gynecomastia and he had some healing issues of the nipple-areola complex.
