Gilroy, California – This is a 22 year old resident of Gilroy, California who presents to the San Francisco office for unilateral right gynecomastia. He has had this condition since adolescence. He presents to Dr Delgado’s San Francisco office for evaluation and surgical treatment. His primary goal is to have a flat chest. He has had some hormone testing in the past which has been normal. He has a history of smoking marijuana but this has not changed the appearance of the chest. He underwent a right unilateral gland excision with suction assisted lipectomy with excision of 13 X 7 X 5 cm. segment of tissue. He had an uneventful recovery and has photographs seen at about four weeks after surgery
