This 19-year-old young man is 6’2″ and 150lbs. He suffers from adolescent gynecomastia with significant psychological issues surrounding his condition. He underwent glandular excision and suction-assisted lipectomy, from which I extracted a total of 200cc of fat from the right and 175cc from the left. His goal was “to get rid of this disorder.”
