HISTORY: This is a 15-year-old male from Sacramento, California who presents to the Novato office in Marin County, California for gynecomastia. He has adolescent gynecomastia. He never takes off his shirt due to intense embarrassment. He is uncomfortable wearing tight shirts. He does have some breast pain. His goal is to be able to wear a “shirt and not worry about taking it off”. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy with 450 cc removed from his right and 400 removed from his left. He underwent 230 grams of breast tissue removed from his right side and 219 grams of tissue removed from his left side. His surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His photographs are taken 7 months after surgery.
